1 Introduction and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdbej platform and all of its services. When you open an account on bdbej, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

5 Prohibited Activities and Account Closure Policy

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and if such activities are detected, the account may be permanently closed:

5.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts in the same person's name.
• Registering using a false identity or false information.
• Using coordinated betting or "arbitrage" strategies for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or technical infrastructure.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

5.2 Account Closure Process

In the event of a breach of the above rules, bdbej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. Any winnings or bonuses obtained as a result of a rule violation may be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

All games and betting markets available on bdbej have their own specific rules. Fair play is guaranteed across all games, and outcomes are determined entirely by a verifiably impartial random number generator (RNG).

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and bdbej. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by these Terms.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable provision will be revised as closely as possible to the original intent.
